Exchange Policy
At Karya, we triple-check every jewelry piece before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. While we do not offer returns, exchanges are considered exclusively for items that arrive damaged. In such instances, customers may exchange for the same item or any piece of equal or higher value.
Unboxing Protocol
To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a continuous unboxing video:
- Video must show the original, unopened courier seal.
- Video must show the removal of bubble wrap and the product inspection.
- Do not tear bubble wrap by hand; use scissors carefully to avoid breakage.
Refunds & Exclusions
Refunds
If an exchange is approved but the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Sale Items
All items purchased during sales or promotions are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
